Here is a pattern that I found in some Celtic Knot illustrations, and adapted to suit my own preferences. (The original was a 5x6, this is a 5x7.) I have a couple of fixtures for it, one makes a nice earring, the other is larger and could be a kilt-pin or a cloak fastener, or maybe a hair ornament.
